Oolong is rich in antioxidants called polyphenols. These help prevent cancer, lose weight, keep the heart healthy and aid general well-being.
Oolong tea is semi-oxidised and rests somewhere between unoxidised green tea and fully fermented black tea. Low in caffeine, yet more stimulating than green or white tea, oolongs are the world’s most diverse and complex tasting teas. The leaves can also be re-infused for few times after you have finished enjoying the first cup with minimal reduction in the strength of the flavour. |
